ORDER PROCESSING
Uniforms Express Direct makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 2 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday. Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code. There is a $25.00 returned check charge.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Need to make a return? Uniforms Express Direct is happy to assist with items that were ordered without custom decoration. For those items we try to makes the return process as easy as it can be.

Please email us at 602.326.4290 or by email at info@uniformsexpressdirect.com to receive a return authorization. All items returned must be in original condition and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Enclose your order summary with the items you want to exchange or return. Laundered items are not returnable. All freight on returned packages must be prepaid. Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded. Tags must be on all items.

Uniforms Express Direct does not accept returns for size related issues on custom uniforms unless the uniforms is manufactured +/- more than 3% from the specified size listed on our size chart.

* All return items must have a return authorization number to be processed.

CUSTOM DECORATED APPAREL, UNIFORMS, & ACCESSORIES
Many of the products supplied by Uniforms Express Direct are one-of-a-kind items custom created especially for you. We do not accept returns for:

Any apparel or uniform with screen printing, embroidery, heat press, tackle, appliqué, laser etching, and/or any other type of custom decoration that has been applied to the garment for you. Promotional products with custom decoration are not returnable.

FOR CUSTOM DECORATED PRODUCT WE WILL ACCEPT LIMITED RETURNS FOR:
Items with manufacturer damage or defects.
Items damaged in shipment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S):

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Changes to orders must be made by 7:00 pm MST the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a holiday can be changed or cancelled up until 7:00 am MST the following business day by calling our Customer Service team at 602.326.4290 or emailing customer service at info@uniformsecpressdirect.com.

Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 7 pm MST on the same day the order is placed.

REFUNDS
On approved merchandise being returned, refunds are issued within ten (10) working days after all payments have cleared your bank and/or credit card company.
